Welcome to the MyBarCard “Terms of Service” page. Before ordering MyBarCard, please read over our terms of services and agreements. By ordering MyBarCard, you are agreeing to follow our specific terms and conditions. You understand that MyBarCard LLC and its subsidiaries and vendors and partners (collectively “MBC”) make available online information and services to members of this program (“Members”). By purchasing and using this card on specific drink specials, it should be known that you must be at least 21 years of age or older. This card does not guarantee any permission inside of bars. With this card you have options to receive specific food specials at specific bars and restaurants; however, the bar/restaurant has the ultimate say whether you may or may not step foot inside of their grounds. The bar/restaurant has final say to whom may be granted these specific drink and/or food specials with the use of MyBarCard. You acknowledge that these agreements may be modified or terminated at any time for any reason. You are responsible for reading this agreement thoroughly before purchasing and using your card. If any changes have been made to this agreement, you will be considered to have accepted those changes if you continue to use the card. Changes will appear on this page.

  • Eligibility: You MUST be at least 21 years of age or older to take advantage of any discounts or specials involving alcoholic beverages. MyBarCard LLC is not responsible for the entry of a cardholder into a venue.
  • Buying the Card: When you buy this card, you must provide MyBarCard LLC with complete and accurate information including your full name, correct ID number, and an active email address. You will also provide MyBarCard LLC with any changes to this information emailing MyBarCard@gmail.com. You will receive your card within 5 to 10 business days of the date you ordered your card. MBC does not authorize the sharing of your card. The cardholder is the only person that should receive the specific drink or food special at that particular venue, on that particular night. If MBC reasonably believes that you are sharing the benefits of your card with a non-cardholder, MBC reserves the right to cancel your cardholder right immediately, without compensation.
  • Termination and Expiration: $5 will be taken out from your bank account directly corresponding to the credit card number you provided upon subscribing to your MyBarCard membership. Your MyBarCard membership expires the day you cancel your membership and/or the day your activation sticker is expired.
  • Use of the Card: MyBarCard is nontransferable and may only be used by the person whose name is on the back of the card.
    • To receive exclusive drink specials, food specials, and other membership benefits, you must present your card with valid identification at that participating venue. That venue has the right to deny your entry, drink and/or food specials for any sole reason.
    • MyBarCard LLC and the participating venues are independent contractors. MyBarCard LLC is not liable for any products or services provided by these venues.
    • Any use of MyBarCard or the associated cardholders benefits and discounts in a manner that violates the rules or regulations of any participating venue is prohibited by this agreement and is grounds for termination of your MyBarCard Membership. MyBarCard LLC holds the right to cancel your membership instantly in the event of such a violation.
  • Change of Specials/Discounts: MyBarCard LLC will make constant efforts to update this website. MyBarCard LLC is not responsible for specials that are changed during one of the 4 month sessions from any participating venue. We have no responsibility to substitute or replace any specials offered that have either been changed or omitted from our program. When a change in specials has occurred, when we are aware of that change we will aim to modify our website to make sure our members get the most updated information.
    • ***MyBarCard LLC is not liable for any products or services provided by or through any sponsor of the discount membership program, or for any error, omission, or inaccuracy in advertising material or for any liability resulting directly or indirectly from a product or service provided by any sponsor or other third party in connection with the discount membership program.***
  • Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Card: Your card is your responsibility. If you have lost your card, if you card has been damaged, or your card has been stolen, and you would like another card, we will have to terminate your previous account and create a new one for you, which would include you buying another card at full price.
  • The MyBarCard Website: This website will be updated whenever we receive new information regarding specials, upcoming events, promotions, updated venues, etc… We do not take responsibility for venues or participants not communicating to us regarding specials, updates, etc… As a member to MyBarCard, you will have to visit this site to stay updated with information regarding the MyBarCard program. As a cardholder, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Agreements of this website.
